Internet Explorer 11 - Known Issue

IE11 users should be aware of a known issue with this function: two (2) temporary passcodes will be sent via SMS simultaneously when you first click the Reset button (on the next page) and it is difficult to identify which is valid.

You can choose to click the Resend Code button to generate a further valid passcode or, alternatively, use another browser to complete this action (recommended).
